CSHO observed multiple used water bottles with the chemical in them. b) Quality area: on or before July 26, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that a secondary containers of Alcohol and acetone, contained the chemical name and hazard categories of the chemical. SHO observed multiple used water bottles with the chemical in them.
