29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a) Front of building at 395 Hudson St: On or about July 26, 2023: Two workers were working from the basket of an aerial lift and did not wear a body belt for fall restraint or a safety harness for fall arrest, and were exposed to falling out of the aerial lift basket without fall protection. The workers were exposed to falling 12 feet to the ground.
