Safety of equipment shall be determined on the basis of the following considerations:  a) New residential construction located on Lot #233 Etowah Preserve, Dawsonville, GA 30534, on the west end of the site:  On or about 07/25/2023, the employer failed to inspect all electrical extension cords used to provide power to electric tools employees were using, in that an orange 50-ft. electrical cord for a circular saw and the circular saw electrical cord were damaged. An inspection of these cords was not performed prior to the shift as these cords were not repaired or removed from service.
