29 CFR 1926.502(d)(5):  Locking-type snaphooks were not designed and used to prevent disengagement of the snaphook by the contact of the snaphook keeper by the connected member:  On or about July 26, 2023, Elmer Miller dba Miller Building Systems, LLC had two employees exposed to fall hazards greater than 10 feet without fall protection, due to the snaphooks on their lanyards not being sized large enough to make a connection with the lumber that would prevent the snaphooks from not disengaging in the event of a fall, on a residential construction site in Savoy, Illinois.
