29 CFR  1904.4(a): The employer did not record each work-related fatality, injury, or illness case that resulted in the general recording criteria on the OSHA Form 300 or equivalent.    At the Amazon STL8 Delivery Center, Saint Peters, MO, the employer failed to record the following work-related injury within seven calendar days of receiving information that the recordable  injury occurred:  On or about August 17, 2023,  an employee received medical treatment beyond first aid for a work-related shoulder strain injury that occurred on June 7, 2023 while they worked as a Seasonal Fulfillment Associate in Stow.  The employer did not record the injury on the most recently provided OSHA 300 Log, dated October 30, 2023.  Amended to: 1904.29(b)(3) How quickly must each injury or illness be recorded? You must enter each recordable injury or illness on the OSHA 300 Log and 301 Incident Report within seven (7) calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness has occurred.  a. Item 1: The Acting Secretary hereby amends the standard from an alleged violation of 29 C.F.R. � 1904.4(a) to an alleged violation of 29 C.F.R. � 1904.29(b)(3), and further amends the violation description as follows:   29 C.F.R. � 1904.29(b)(3): The employer did not record the case on its OSHA form within seven calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness had occurred:   At the Amazon STL8 facility, the employer failed to record the workplace injury within seven calendar days of receiving information that the recordable injury occurred. The employer did not record the injury on the OSHA 300 log dated July 26, 2023 or October 30, 2023.  Amended to:  1904.29(b)(3) How quickly must each injury or illness be recorded? You must enter each recordable injury or illness on the OSHA 300 Log and 301 Incident Report within seven (7) calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness has occurred.  b.
