29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1):The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.  a)	On or about October 3, 2023, the employer failed to submit documentation and Certification of Corrective Action for citation 1 item 1 issued on August 4, 2023, with an abatement due date of August 23, 2023.  b)	On or about October 3, 2023, the employer failed to submit documentation and Certification of Corrective Action for citation 1 item 2 issued on August 4, 2023, with an abatement due date of August 23, 2023.  c)	On or about October 3, 2023, the employer failed to submit documentation and Certification of Corrective Action for citation 1 item 3 issued on August 4, 2023, with an abatement due date of August 23, 2023.  d)	On or about October 3, 2023, the employer failed to submit documentation and Certification of Corrective Action for citation 2 item 1 issued on August 4, 2023, with an abatement due date of August 23, 2023.

On or about July 24, 2023, employees engaged in residential construction activities were exposed to struck-by hazards while operating a pneumatic nail gun without using eye protection.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    On or about July 24, 2023, employees engaged in residential construction activities were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 6-feet without using any form of fall protection.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards and struck-by hazards.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:   On or about July 24, 2023 employees engaged in residential construction operations were exposed to fall hazards due to the employer not providing training. This condition exposed the employee to fall and struck-by hazards.
