29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly:  a) Boathouse, where employees would be expected to fight incipient stage fires, fire extinguishers not inspected on a monthly basis included:  1. Boathouse Shop, where the tag on the Badger fire extinguisher indicated the last monthly inspection had been done September 10, 2021.  2. Boathouse Housing, where the tag on the Ansul Sentry fire extinguisher indicated the last monthly inspection had been done September 10, 2021.  3. Boathouse, where the tag on the Kidde fire extinguisher indicated the last monthly inspection had been done September 10, 2021.  The National Park Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1450538, citation no. 1, item no. 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on February 4, 2020, with respect to a workplace at Seattle, WA.

The receptacle located on the exterior of the building adjacent to the personnel door.  2. The receptacle located on the Ross Mule landing craft.
