29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): All places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allows: a) Hozomeen A-Frame Ranger Station, where mold was present on the exterior finish of the entry door and the wood surfaces surrounding the entrance. The National Park Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1605183, citation no. 1, item no. 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 23, 2022, with respect to a workplace at Diablo, WA.
