29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): All places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allows: a) Maintenance Building, where areas not maintained in a clean and sanitary condition included: 1. Open Storage Bay, where there was an accumulation of bat droppings on the floor where employees gained access to the compressor room and the solar converter room. 2. Open Storage Bay, where mold was present on the exterior finish of the compressor room door. The National Park Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1605183, citation no. 1, item no. 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 23, 2022, with respect to a workplace at Diablo, WA. The National Park Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1605189, citation no. 2, item no. 2, and was affirmed as a final order on September 23, 2022, with respect to a workplace at Diablo, WA.
