29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(10): The employer did not ensure that workplace labels or other forms of warnings were prominently displayed on the container or readily available in the work area throughout each work shift: Housekeeping Room: On and/or before July 26, 2023, employees used a cleaning product such as Ecolab Alkaline Bathroom Cleaner that was in a secondary container without a label displaying safety and health warnings which potentially exposed the employees to dermal hazards.
