29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: A) 5 Sadie Circle Unit 5202 Union, NJ 07083 The employer did not insure employees were trained to recognize hazards associated with fall hazards. An employee was working in a door opening that was missing a mid-rail. The door opening that was missing a mid-rail was approximately 10'7'' above the lower level. Occurred on 07/27/23
