29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person: On or about July 27, 2023, employees were exposed to fall hazards while performing construction activities including solar panel installation because the employer?s program for frequent and regular inspections were not enforced on the worksite by the jobsite foreman.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about July 27, 2023, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet while performing construction activities including solar panel installation and suitable fall protection was not used.
