29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify, through a written certification, that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed: A) Red Express #1 dba Red Express, on or about July 27, 2023 at the address of 7260 U.S. 322 Cranberry, PA: Employees were periodically exposed to potential hazards including, but not limited to, lacerations while disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling the deli slicer. The employer did not asses and verify through a written certification that a personal protective equipment hazard evaluation was completed for the workplace.
