29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a) Scarfing Department: On or about July 27, 2023, employees were exposed to amputation hazards from the chain and sprocket while standing near the charge conveyor to orientate the steel before it went into the furnace. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
