29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsite's, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. (a) 17645 East Peakview Place, Aurora, Co 80012: On or about July 27, 2023, the employer, R3D Roofing, LLC., did not ensure its sub-contractors engaged in re-roofing operations were protected from jobsite hazards such as fall hazards in excess of 6 feet. The employer did not maintain a program which provided for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials and equipment.
