29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were other provisions of paragraph (b) of this section used to provide an alternative fall protection measure: On or about July 26, 2023, at an apartment complex re-roofing site located at 3001 Oaktree Avenue in Norman, OK, employees were observed working on the roof of several of the structures without the use of fall protection. This exposed the employees to a fall greater than six (6) feet to the ground below.
