29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: The employer was failing to protect employees from struck-by hazards. This was most recently documented on or about July 30, 2023 at the Hooter's facility located at 12710 Westport Parkway, La Vista, Nebraska. The employer did not secure compressed nitrogen gas cylinders, used for the cooler, from falling with a restraining device.
