29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6):Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6): Uninsulated lines more than 50 kv a minimum distance of 10 feet (3.1 m) plus 0.4 inches for each 1 kv over and 2 times the length of the line insulator, but never less than 10 feet (3.1 m). a.) At the jobsite, located at 1740 George Jenkins BLVD Lakeland, FL 33815; on or about 7/25/23, the employer exposed employees to electric shock hazards, in that a scissor lift, fencing mesh and metallic fence rods, were utilized and raised within 10 feet of uninsulated, energized power lines, during perimeter fence line installation operations on a golf course.

29 CFR 1926.454(a):The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards to include the following areas as specified in paragraphs (a)(1)-(a)(2) of this section: a.) At the jobsite, located at 1740 George Jenkins BLVD Lakeland, FL 33815; on or about 7/25/23, the employer exposed employees to electric shock hazards, in that training was not provided in the recognition the hazards associated with working on a scissor lift within 10 feet of an uninsulated, energized power lines, during perimeter fence line installation operations on a golf course.
