29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a) Roof: On or about 7/27/2023 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that they were operating a Metabo pneumatic nail gun (Part numbers C354569 and C354570) at 120 psi without eye protection while performing framing activities.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Roof; Front Area: On or about 7/27/2023, the employer exposed an employee to a fall hazard of 25 feet above ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided while the employee was on a 10:12 pitch roof framing a residential home.
