29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator. a) ServiceMaster's Warehouse located at 8050 Fair Oaks Ct, Jonesboro, GA 30236, on or about July 31, 2023, and at times prior, the employer failed to fit test employees who were required to where a respirator when exposed to respiratory hazards while performing their property restoration duties. The employer provided N95 respirators as well as half face mask but failed to conduct fit test on employees.
