29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i):Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: On or about July 20, 2023, the employer did not ensure that outlet boxes had cover plates to ensue employees do not come into contact with energized electrical parts. The employer did not ensue employees were protected from electrical shock from an outlet under the folding table without a face plate.
