29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system warning line system and safety monitoring system: a) City Hall of Burlington, 415 15th St, Burlington, CO 80807: On or about July 28, 2023, Ready Roofer, Inc. as controlling employer, did not ensure subcontractor employees were protected from fall hazards of 11 feet 3 inches to the ground below, while performing roofing operations on a roof without fall protection.
