29 CFR 1910.23(b)(10): The employer did not ensure that any ladder with structural or other defects is immediately tagged "Dangerous: Do Not Use" or with similar language in accordance with � 1910.145 and removed from service until repaired in accordance with � 1910.22(d), or replaced: A) West side of Warehouse located at 121 Morgan Lakes Industrial Blvd, Pooler, GA: On or about July 26, 2023, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard, in that the three foot stepladder platform the employees used was damaged and not tagged "Dangerous: Do Not Use" and removed from service. B) West side of Warehouse located at 121 Morgan Lakes Industrial Blvd, Pooler, GA: On or about July 26, 2023, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard, in that a Werner three foot stepladder had a damaged bottom side rail and was "tagged out".

B) West side of Warehouse located at 121 Morgan Lakes Industrial Blvd, Pooler, GA: On or about July 26, 2023, the employer exposed employees to a struck-by hazard, in that the seatbelt on a Hyundai forklift did not function.
