Condition was noted on or about July 31, 2023 b) Jobsite located at 29-45 Poplar St and 918-80 Delaware Ave, Philadelphia, PA.: The employer did not ensure that employees operating an electric jackhammer such as Bosch 11335K Jack Breaker Hammer etc. to cut stone outdoors used an integrated water delivery system or dust collection system as an engineering control required by Table 1, (x) Jackhammer and handheld chipping tools. Condition was noted on or about July 31, 2023.
