29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a) New commercial construction located at 175 Morrison Moore Pkwy., Dahlonega, GA 30533, scaffold system second buck: On or about 07/31/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 11-feet 2-inches to the lower ground level, in that fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in masonry activities.
