Standards in this part requiring training on hazards and related matters, such as standards requiring that employees receive training or that the employer train employees, provide training to employees. a.) Reliance Well Services, LLC, 324 E. 18th Street, Erie, PA - On or about 7/7/23, personnel were not trained on the OSHA reporting requirements noted in the 29 CFR 1904. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
