(a) Worksite: On or about 8/1/2023, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8 feet while working on a low sloped residential roof without any means of fall protection, while installing wood framing. (b) Worksite: On or about 8/1/2023, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8 feet while working near an open unguarded floor hole without any means of fall protection.
