On or about 06/26/2023 at 22865-22867 and 22869-22871 Hillgard Ave Boca Raton, FL 33427, the employer did not maintain copies of safety data sheets and did not ensure they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work areas for every hazardous chemical in the workplace including, but not limited to, Titan Stucco Cement with a pH>11.5 in water.
