1910.38(c): The Emergency Action Plan did not contain the minimum requirements noted in the 29 CFR 1910.38(c)(1) through (c)(6): a.) Estes Express Lines, Inc. 64 Stefanak Drive West Middlesex, PA 16159 - On or about 07/26/2023 and at times prior thereto, employees were periodically exposed to lightning hazards while conducting work outdoors during periods of inclement weather. An employee working in the upper overflow lot was exposed to lightning strike hazards while connecting a semitruck to a 53-foot van trailer during a thunderstorm that produced rain and lightning.
