29 CFR 1910.107(b)(1):The spraybooth�was not�substantially designed to sweep air currents towards the exhaust outlet and was not substantially constructed or otherwise rigidly supported: Warehouse area: On or about Aug 1, 2023 and at time prior thereto, workers were exposed to inhalation hazards while performing spray painting with Serwin Williams brown edging paint in a three-sided makeshift spray booth without an exhaust outlet to move airflow.

29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(ii):The employer did not establish and implement those elements of a written program necessary to ensure that any employee using a respirator voluntarily was medically able to use that respirator, and that the respirator was cleaned, stored, and maintained so that its use does not present a health hazard to the user: Warehouse Area: On or about August 1, 2023, and at times prior thereto, workers were exposed to undue physiological burdens while using tight fitting full and half mask respirators to perform spray painting operations without a medical evaluation indicating fitness to do so.
