At E. Twigg Street and N. Pierce Street, Tampa, Florida, on or about 07/21/2023, the employer exposed an employee to laceration hazards to the extremities and to kick-back/struck-by hazards to the head and face, in that the saw was not equipped with a guide bar tip guard and during which time the employee was using only his left hand to operate the saw.
