Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. Rooftop: On or about August 2, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees removing roofing debris from a low-slope roof, measuring approximately 40 feet, 9 inches from ground level, were protected from fall hazards by the use of personal fall arrest systems.
