29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3):Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: On or about August 2, 2023, at the location of 6100 Heisley Road Mentor, OH 44060: Exit routes were restricted and obstructed by materials in the South Dock area. Employees working in the South Dock area performing activities such as loading and unloading trailers and palletizing material were exposed to the limited egress hazard in the event of an emergency such as a fire.
