29 C.F.R. � 1910.165(b)(5) The employer did not establish procedures for sounding emergency alarms in the workplace. a) Walmart Store #3339, Produce Area - 1070 Landis Avenue, Vineland, NJ, 08360: On July 28, 2023, there was no procedure established for employees who worked as Customer Hosts to alert managers or security guards in the event of an emergency. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
