29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets:  A).	On or about 08/03/2023, at the site of 154-10 Powells Cove Blvd. Beechhurst, NY  Employees working on the ground were in danger of head injury from falling objects such as, but not limited to tools and materials from other employees who on the pitch roof throwing them down. Protective helmets were not worn.

29 CFR  1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement:  A).	On or about 08/03/2023, at the site of 154-10 Powells Cove Blvd. Beechhurst, NY  The employer did not ensure that the rebar was capped or bent. The employees were exposed to the hazard of impalement.
