29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about July 31, 2023, and at times prior thereto, where employees engaged in roofing activities were not provided fall protection, the employer did not have a training program to provide training on hazards recognition and avoidance of fall hazards. Employees were exposed to an unprotected fall hazard of approximately 12 feet to the ground below.
