29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 1926.502(k) developed and implemented. On or about August 2, 2023, and at times prior thereto, workers were installing shingles to apartment buildings without the use of a fall protection system, exposing the workers to a hazard of falling approximately twenty feet to the ground.
