29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meet the requirements in subpart I of this part was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about August 2, 2023, and at times prior there to, an employee was not wearing a body harness or lanyard while working from an aerial lift. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard. OSHA recognizes that a body belt is not sufficient and the use of a full body harness is required.
