29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (a) On or about August 3, 2023, and times prior to that date, employees were exposed to potential health hazards, including but not limited to tissue damage and/or lung injury, where the employees were working with and around various cleaning products which contain hazardous chemicals, which include but are not limited to, ethanol and butoxyenthoxy , without the benefit of any hazardous communication program being provided to include training or the availability of the chemical safety data sheets (SDS).
