29 CFR 1926.451(f)(4): Part(s) of a scaffold that were damaged or weakened, such that the scaffold's strength was less than that required by paragraph (a) of this section, were not immediately repaired, replaced, braced to meet those provisions, nor removed from service until repaired: (a) East side of single-level residential multiplex, exterior; A narrow-frame fabricated scaffold system, equipped with a 1/2-inch plywood deck and used by employees to perform exterior construction tasks, had cracks that split through the decking and showed signs of delamination, compromising the structural integrity of the work platform.
