29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): Inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill. a. 48 Aspen Dr., Livingston, NJ 07039 The employer did not ensure that employees had a full understanding of the use of fall protections systems. Employees engaged in solar panel installation worked from a residential roof where employees using a personal fall arrest systems connected two lanyards to a single anchor point and used positioning harnesses in a manner not intended by the manufacturer. Violation occurred on or about August 4, 2023
