29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, was not protected by protective helmets: Worksite located at 3452-3488 Rock Quarry Road, Columbia, Missouri- Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards and head impact hazards. Employees were observed working and walking on the ground levels and lower levels of the roof where employees were tearing off and throwing debris down to the ground which could strike the employees who were were not protected by hard hats.
