29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) On or about 8/3/2023 at a renovation project located at 221 William Street, Buffalo, New York at the Ellicott Townhouses, Hickory Street side at unit 208; an employee was using a boom lift to access work areas while working on a soffit. The employee in the lift did not have a harness with the lanyard attached to the boom or basket. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
