29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) On or about August 9, 2023, on the north side of the structure, employees were installing metal studs into a structure while utilizing an aerial lift (Genie S-45) without adequate fall protection, by not being anchored in the lift, at heights upwards of ten (10) feet.
