29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) On or about August 9, 2023, employees removing debris and nails from the ground level, running materials up ladders, and installing roofing material on a lower roof were exposed to struck by hazards from falling debris, tools, and materials from the roofing install thirty four feet above them at 2039 West 30th Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113; the employer did not ensure each employee working under the roof install were protected, by a protective helmet, from possible dangers to include but not limited to, falling debris, tools, and materials.
