OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees a) 1111 Old Lancaster Pike Hockessin, DE 19707 (Roadway): On or about August 9, 2023, Employees worked to prune trees adjacent to the roadway where equipment was kept creating an encroachment into the roadway, exposing employees to potential struck by and caught in between hazards where no signs were posted and the work area was not delineated by devices to warn and assist traffic in understanding traffic pattern changes due to tree trimming/removal work.
