On or about August 2, 2023, at an establishment located at 544 Acme Street, in Green Bay, Wisconsin; in the Shipping Department of Fabrication, the employer did not establish sufficient safe clearances for employees operating walkies  to turn down aisle where employees, combos, and pallets were maintained exposing employees to struck by hazards.
