29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person.  On or about February 21, 2023, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not provide frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite while workers were painting a multi-family apartment complex; working at heights above 14 feet from a man-made trash-box without fall protection, exposing workers to fall hazards.
