29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) 12561 Bagley Way, Parker CO: Or or about August 2, 2023, and at times prior, the general contractor, C.R. Gardner Construction, did not ensure that their subcontractor employees of Montoya Construction were protected from falls, in that employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 2 stories to the ground below while conducting framing operations without fall protection.
