Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. LOCATION: 570 Charles River Street, Needham, MA On August 9, 2023, a employee fell from approximately 9'9" from a roof while working. The employee was taken to the hospital with injuries.

LOCATION: 570 Charles River Street, Needham, MA On August 9, 2023, a employee fell from approximately 9'9" from a roof while working. The employee was taken to the hospital with injuries.
